Order Changes and Cancellations
Because merchandise may enter production shortly after an order is placed, changes and cancellations cannot always be made.
If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact info@gailsgarage.com as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to help, but once production has begun, an order may no longer be eligible for modification, cancellation, or a full refund.
Returns, Refunds, and Defective Merchandise
Returns, exchanges, refunds, damaged merchandise, defective products, misprints, incorrect items, and lost shipments are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Correctly produced made-to-order merchandise is generally not returnable because of change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or other customer ordering mistakes.
